Shipping & returns


The shipment will be made by the courier company DUE LOGISTICA (Envialia) or Correos. The home delivery period will be 72 hours (business days) depending on the destination population from which we sent the order. Orders will be sent every Friday of the week.

The cost for Spain peninsula is 5€ and for the Balearic Islands it is 7€. If you want us to ship the order outside of Spain, get in contact with us.

Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse which we will notify you by email.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, our incident team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any schedule preference for delivery between morning or afternoon you can indicate it to us in the NOTE of the order and the transport company will try to comply with it according to your route and schedule possibilities.

You can pick up your order online at our next events that will be broken down at the time of purchase. Just choose the event in which you want to pick up your order during checkout. This service is free.

For this shipping method if you do not complete the online payment before the event, you will not have your shirt reserved for the day of the event.


Now you can place your order in our online store and pick up at the Giants Fighters Dojo. Obviously, without additional shipping cost.

Schedules to pick up the order:

Fridays from 15h to 22h

Saturdays from 10h to 22h

Sundays from 15h to 22h

With exceptions if any weekend the Dojo does not open. To stay up to date on opening hours you can see what days we open in the Dojo calendar on the website..

Buying an article on the web and coming to pick it up at the Dojo does not give you the right to stay & play Freeplays or tournaments. If you do not sign up for Freeplays and/or tournaments, you will only be able to pick up your order and you will not be able to stay (if there are no places left that can be purchased that day).

If you want to enjoy the Dojo, at the same time that you pick up your order, sign up on the day you want to come pick up the order (you will find the link of the freeplays and tournaments in the Dojo section on the web).
