Information about the processing of personal data of Clients
In compliance with the obligations imposed in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of these data, here in after GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and in compliance with the regulation contained in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data, here in after LOPD, as in its Development Regulations, as well as in any other regulations that complement, modify or repeal them in the future, relevant information is provided in relation to the following sections:

2.- Purpose
The personal data collected through this website www.bcnfighters.com will be used with the main purpose of being able to carry out the sale and shipment of the products offered. For this, said data will be stored in our systems during the existence of a commercial relationship, for reasons contemplated in current regulations, or the exercise of defense against possible claims. These data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as the legal deadlines for storage have elapsed.
Additionally, personal data may be processed for the communication of commercial information about our products, offers or news, as stipulated in the consent that customers provide when hiring.
2.- Definitions
Responsible for the file or treatment, here in after the seller: natural or legal person, of a public or private nature or administrative body, who decides on the purpose, content and use of the treatment
Personal data: any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons.
Affected or interested, here in after the buyer: natural person holder of the data that is subject to processing.
Data processing: operations and technical procedures of an automated nature or not, which allow the collection, recording, conservation, processing, modification, blocking and cancellation, as well as the transfer of data resulting from communications, consultations, interconnections and transfers.
3.-Legitimation
The processing of personal data finds its cause for legitimation based on the formalization of a relationship between seller and customer. In order to establish this relationship it will be necessary for the client to provide the data consisting of name, surname, email address, telephone number and contact email, and any that are necessary to provide the service effectively.
Likewise, the buyer acknowledges having been informed that his refusal to provide the necessary data for identification and billing purposes may imply that the contracted services cannot be provided.
4.- Recipients other than the seller himself
In compliance with the tax obligations of the seller there is a transfer of personal data of the buyer to the State Tax Administration Agency. The conservation of these data will be established based on current legal regulations.
Except for a legal obligation, there are no further transfers of personal data to third parties or international transfers thereof.
5.-Rights of the buyer
Los derechos que podrá ejercer cualquier comprador, que haya consentido en facilitar sus datos personales, ante Digital Fighting España, SL, a través de las direcciones de contacto puestas a su disposición en el punto 1 de éste documento, son:
Derecho de acceso a todos los datos personales que se encuentran en posesión de Digital Fighting España, SL. Conforme a lo expuesto en el Art. 13 LOPD.
Derecho a solicitar la rectificación de los datos. Conforme a lo expuesto en el Art. 14 LOPD.

Conforme a lo expuesto en el Art. 17 LOPD Solicitado el ejercicio de este derecho se remitirán los datos personales mediante correo electrónico a la dirección que se hubiera proporcionado en la solicitud, en formato texto, legible y adaptable a las necesidades de cualquier otro responsable del tratamiento, o bien se procederá a su transmisión al nuevo responsable del tratamiento en el mismo formato, a la dirección de correo electrónico que nos indique en su solicitud.

Las reclamaciones por vulneración de la normativa vigente se podrán presentar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, que es la autoridad de control competente en materia de protección de datos personales.
